Return Process
- 1.Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and verify eligibility.
- 2.Prepare the Appliance
Ensure the unit is in its original, uninstalled condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Schedule Pickup or Shipping
Arrange for a professional carrier pickup or drop off the item at one of our authorized locations as instructed by your support representative.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit and confirm its condition, we will process your refund or credit to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
