We offer professional local delivery and expert installation services for most major appliances. During checkout, you can select 'White Glove Delivery' to have your new unit installed and the old one hauled away.
Do you offer financing for large purchases?
Yes, we partner with several financing providers to offer flexible monthly payment plans. You can apply directly at checkout to see your eligibility without affecting your credit score.
What is your return policy for appliances?
Unopened and unused appliances can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee. Please note that installed or used appliances are generally not eligible for return unless they are found to be defective.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal. For local deliveries, our dispatch team will call you 24 hours in advance to confirm your delivery window.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All new appliances come with a full manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, Town Appliance offers extended protection plans that cover parts and labor beyond the initial manufacturer period.
Do you price match other retailers?
